Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

 

Returns 

 

  • Please contact us prior to returning any item and save the original packaging for all returns.

 

  • Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Items may be returned in resalable condition within 7 days for a full refund. We regret that shipping and delivery fees are not refundable.

 

  • Customer is responsible for product return shipping unless it was shipped in error or damaged, and is responsible for the safe return shipment of the merchandise. We will not accept any returns sent C.O.D.

 

  • If you choose to exchange any item that was part of a “Free Shipping” purchase, you will be charged the actual shipping costs incurred by Good Intention Crystals for the initial shipment of the returned items. In other words, any refund credited to your account will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s) minus the actual shipping costs incurred by Good Intention Crystals for the initial shipment of those items. Also, any credit applied to purchase another item (e.g. if you want to exchange an item for another item) will by for the purchase price of the exchanged merchandise minus the actual shipping costs incurred by Good Intention Crystals for the initial shipment of the order.

 

  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If for any reason you need to return an item that had free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus the actual shipping costs incurred by Good Intention Crystals.

 

  • If an item received is defective, it will be replaced with no additional shipping fees, BUT, we must be notified within 3 days after delivery.  If you receive an item damaged, please save all original packaging and shipping materials so we may file a claim with USPS or UPS.


Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
